Self leveling Concrete
The ultimate application for resurfacing nearly any substrate
Self leveling concrete is used for fast track resurfacing, smoothing, and leveling of horizontal wear surfaces. It bonds to nearly any substrate like ceramic, porcelain, terrazzo, wood and plywood in addition to the concrete.
Self leveling concrete, micro-toppings/skim coat underlayment, calcium aluminate cement based concrete toppings and polishable concrete toppings have numerous advantages.
Underlayment and polishable concrete topping are Portland cement based. They can repair uneven floors, worn surface quickly and economically.
Floor preparation is the most critical stage of creating new surface.
Usual thickness of self leveling concrete is ¼ inch or more. Micro-toppings/skim coat applications are < 1/8 inch that is more economic than underlayment and polishable concrete toppings. Micro-toppings have different grades: regular, fine, and supreme; that make surfaces of various textures.
Different color methods such as integral colors, dyes, and stains help to turn to reality numerous ideas
